Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in administrative support work and office management.
• Facilities, fleet management, or security team experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Facilities, Security, and Fleet Management team.
• Monitor, assign, and follow up on requests generated in the Facilities ticketing system.
• Enter data into the fleet management system and surveillance systems; monitor maintenance records.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for agency relocations and department meetings.
• Assist with preparing reports and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
