Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Facilities Security Coordinator to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors. You will be the visible security presence, assist guests, monitor facilities, and oversee incident reporting. Reports to the Manager of the Member & Resource Center.

The role requires five years of security experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and English fluency. CPR/First Aid training is a plus; CLEET certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Monitor and observe surroundings to identify security concerns.
• Remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergencies.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure security and safety for all employees and visitors.
• Monitor reception, assist guests with check-in/out, respond to inquiries, provide directions.
• Maintain reception and lobby areas in a professional, organized, and welcoming manner.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems and report unusual activity.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security events; contact emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct routine security rounds and inspect entrances, exits, and parking areas.
• Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms and events, including furniture and equipment.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as required.
