Job summary

Ebenezer seeks an Environmental Services Director for Amira Choice Minnetonka to oversee property maintenance, life safety, and housekeeping operations at a 100-unit senior living community. You will lead maintenance staff, manage on-call emergency coverage, and ensure timely turnovers across the campus.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and adherence to safety standards in a multi-buildings setting, with focus on quality of life for residents and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in facilities or property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Medical Exam Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be insurable under employer’s Auto Insurance Coverage.
• Complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum and driving evaluation within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance including major systems (HVAC, life safety, electrical, plumbing).
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff; schedule daily workload and on-call coverage.
• Secure bids for capital improvements following facility guidelines.
• Manage procurement and payments for maintenance supplies within budget.
• Ensure timely apartment turnovers and 24/7 emergency on-call response.
