Aurora on France, operated by Ebenezer in Edina, MN, seeks a Campus Director of Environmental Services to lead campus maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and environmental operations. The role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors while managing building systems, preventative programs, and compliance.

As a leadership team member, you will partner with vendors and site leaders to drive operational excellence, staff development, and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical equipment
• Special Class C boilers license within 1 year
• Current driver’s license (in good standing)
• Medical exam certification

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise environmental services staff.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance.
• Oversee maintenance and grounds operations and regulatory records.
• Coordinate vendor services and repair projects.
