Qualifications

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential required.
• BELTSS ALD-IR eligibility within 30 days of hire and completion within 1 year.
• Experience in managing an assisted living or related facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing care and operations team.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget.
• Monitor financial performance and occupancy growth with leaders.
• Champion resident and family satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for surveys.
