Job summary

Opal Senior Living is seeking an Environmental Services Director to manage housekeeping, maintenance, and safety programs across our senior living communities. You will lead daily operations, develop preventive maintenance plans, and ensure a clean, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on safety. A valid driver’s license and the ability to perform physical tasks may be required in this onsite

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; management experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems, housekeeping standards, and safety codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
