Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support Amira Choice Minnetonka. The role includes repairs, upkeep of mechanical systems, and assistance with housekeeping tasks to ensure safe, clean, and attractive surroundings for residents.

The position requires 1 year of hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus a valid driver’s license. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred. Training and benefits are provided by Ebenezer.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Driver's license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains physical structure and grounds, including daily upkeep and responding to maintenance requests.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system checks and basic repairs.
• Assist with housekeeping as needed and move/relocate items as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shop and work area.
• Process work orders and support turnover of apartments for new residents.
