Job summary

Core Systems, based in Poway, CA, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace. You will handle inspections, coordinate repairs, and maintain records.

You will also assist IT with space logistics, support safety programs, OSHA compliance, and vendor management, while contributing to a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum 3 years of directly related facilities and safety coordination experience.
• Familiar with local, state, and federal safety regulations, OSHA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspections to identify and schedule maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform minor building maintenance and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors for timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Assist IT in managing office space logistics and setup workspaces/desks.
