Job summary

You will lead safety initiatives, manage food service operations, supervise vendors, and coordinate with city officials where required.

Associates degree in Building Systems Maintenance and 5–7 years of facilities experience preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational certificate in Building Systems Maintenance or related experience.
• 5–7 years direct experience in facilities maintenance or building systems maintenance.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to manage open tickets.
• Obtain a Food Service Manager certification and comply with food service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and building operation management.
• Operate and perform routine service, cleaning and repairs on plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping contractors and oversee vendor bids for building initiatives.
• Document work and requests using the facilities help desk system (Jira).
• Perform preventative maintenance and inventory checks for workspace readiness.
• Assist with assembly, moving and setup of work station equipment.
