Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across facilities.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain supplies and tools inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure compliant operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicle and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
