Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team on a large pharmaceutical campus in Groton, CT. You will guide maintenance, reliability, and operation of HVAC, central utilities, and critical building systems to support labs and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, and workforce development, with a focus on maximizing uptime and equipment reliability through CMMS (Maximo) driven planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 6+ years in HVAC, chilled water, central utilities, or facility maintenance.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Experience with BAS/BMS and alarm management.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, motors, and VFDs.
• CMMS experience, preferably Maximo.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians, operators, and specialists supporting critical facility systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance and reliability programs.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs/RTUs, BAS/BMS, boilers, and water systems.
• Ensure environmental conditions meet lab and controlled space requirements.
• Coordinate planned outages and emergency response activities.
• Drive CMMS utilization and maintenance planning with Maximo.
• Analyze equipment performance trends and conduct root cause investigations.
• Support alarm management, trend analysis, and controls optimization.
• Promote OSHA safety and safe work practices; mentor and develop staff.
• Partner with facilities, engineering, and operations to improve reliability.
