The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years) with strong project management, leadership, and analytical abilities.

• Requires a proven track record leading maintenance and facilities in a high-performance manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to influence and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance department to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Oversee predictive/preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Manage facility infrastructure and relate funding needs to leadership.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of new equipment, update PM plans and documentation.
• Ensure CMMS is up-to-date and used for tracking hours and costs.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with production to meet output targets.
• Enforce safety and environmental policies in partnership with EHS.
