Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Engineer II to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of laboratory utility and facility infrastructure, with emphasis on HVAC, water systems, and electrical distribution.

The role requires strong cGMP knowledge and collaboration with QA, Maintenance, and EH&S to ensure compliance and system reliability. Occasional cross-functional projects and site support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting utility systems in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of cGMP environments and water purification knowledge.
• Maintenance planning, scheduling, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and reliability of HVAC, water systems, electrical distribution.
• Maintain utility system documentation, deviations, and change controls.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, EH&S, and QA to improve site utility reliability.
