Job summary

Evergreen Holdings Corporation seeks a Facilities Manager to coordinate planning, maintenance, improvements, construction, and day-to-day activities across its owned and leased properties. The role acts as the primary internal liaison among leaders, management providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant facility operations.

You will oversee capital projects, tenant improvements, budgeting, and reporting, with ~30% travel and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; preferred in facilities/real estate.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple facilities, capital projects, tenant improvements, or renovations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities activities across all owned and leased locations.
• Maintain portfolio records: occupancy, leases, major systems, service providers, warranties, and major projects.
• Develop standards, processes, and reporting for facilities operations.
• Serve as primary liaison to operating company leaders on facilities needs and improvements.
• Coordinate with property management providers to address facilities matters timely.
• Monitor condition, safety, and readiness of facilities.
• Oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, and capital projects tracking.
• Assist lease administration with landlord obligations and tenant improvements.
