CBEM LLC in Lafayette, CA, is seeking a Facilities & Corporate Lease Manager to own our multi-site lease portfolio, lead office expansion projects, and ensure safe, efficient environments across locations.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities or corporate real estate, a bachelor’s degree, and strong vendor, landlord, and budget management. Hybrid schedule with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property management, corporate real estate, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field is required.
• Experience planning and executing office setups, relocations, renovations, and closures.
• Experience managing landlord relations, brokers, vendors, and service contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and establishing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations across multiple locations and handle facility requests via a ticketing system.
• Work with landlords and brokers on lease agreements, property searches, and renewals.
• Source, evaluate, and manage facilities vendors and contractors within budget.
• Plan and execute office setups, renovations, moves, and site closures, and travel as needed.
• Maintain safety guidelines, security/access systems, and conduct routine safety audits.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and rapid response to facility emergencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and field leadership to optimize workplace operations.
