Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to coordinate facilities activities across owned and leased locations within Evergreen Holdings’ portfolio. You will maintain records, standards, and reporting, acting as a primary liaison among leadership, property managers, contractors, and vendors.

The role requires five+ years in facilities/real estate operations, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, business administration, engineering, real estate, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, commercial property management, construction project coordination, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple facilities, commercial properties, capital projects, tenant improvements, renovations, or construction activities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with facilities, property management, construction management, or project-management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities activities across owned and leased locations.
• Maintain portfolio records of properties, leases, contacts, systems, services, and projects.
• Develop and maintain facilities standards, processes, and reporting for the organization.
• Serve as primary liaison among leaders, property managers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor condition, safety, and readiness of facilities; plan preventive and deferred maintenance.
• Coordinate construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects across the portfolio.
• Assist with lease administration and coordination of landlord obligations.
• Prepare budget tracking, invoices, and closeout materials; report to executives.
