Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination for facilities improvements, including scope, plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, quality-control meetings, and close-out inspections as needed.
• Review construction documents, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and perform frequent site inspections to monitor progress.
• Schedule stakeholder meetings and collaborate with University Architects for various departments.
