Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from studies through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling and design coordination.
• Lead on-site visits with Owner, Architect and Contractor; monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with design professionals, consultants and vendors to support project delivery.
• Communicate with university leadership and stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Direct contractors and review proposals, cost estimates and final construction documents.
