Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from programming through closeout, ensuring scope and timelines are met.
• Develop budgets, schedules and resource plans; monitor progress and adapt as needed.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect, and Contractor; lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform on-site visits, manage communications, and document project milestones.
• Evaluate proposals, negotiate services and costs, and support design documentation.
