Job summary

Identiti is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to lead complex commercial facility maintenance and construction projects from planning through closeout.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, permitting, subcontractors, and execution with a hands-on approach. Remote or hybrid work options available, with approximately 20% travel to sites as needed. Strong client communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing facilities maintenance or retail construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets and deadlines.
• PMP or related certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities maintenance and commercial construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee high-value projects, including approx. $500k, focusing on quality and profitability.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
• Coordinate all phases of project execution including planning, permitting, procurement, subcontractors, construction, and closeout.
• Review blueprints and project specs to determine scope and execution needs.
• Identify risks and cost concerns, proactively developing solutions to stay on track.
• Lead meetings and keep stakeholders informed of progress and milestones.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
