Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Reliability Planning Supervisor for our Facility Maintenance team in Davenport, IA. The role combines hands-on maintenance leadership with planning and scheduling responsibilities to drive reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, develop weekly/monthly maintenance schedules, manage CMMS work orders, and monitor KPIs such as PM compliance and backlog. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial, facilities, or maintenance management experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience with CMMS systems such as Corrigo, Maximo, SAP PM, Maintenance Connection.
Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities in manufacturing or facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on customer priorities, preventive maintenance requirements, regulatory compliance, and asset criticality.
Review, prioritize, and assign work orders within the CMMS.
Coordinate labor, materials, tools, permits, and contractor resources required for maintenance activities.
Monitor PM completion rates, backlog management, and work order performance metrics.
Ensure maintenance activities are properly planned to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
