Pritchard Industries, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee Vendor Management Services for two NYC institutional facilities totaling over 100,000 sq. ft.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary on-site contact for ACS, coordinating subcontracted vendors and managing MEP systems to ensure 24/7/365 operational readiness. Responsibilities include supervising vendors, ensuring compliance with NYC/NYC DOB/FDNY and environmental standards, and leading cost-control and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience providing vendor/facilities management for large commercial/institutional sites (≥100,000 sq ft).
• Strong technical background in MEP, elevators, fire alarm/suppression, and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontracted vendors on two NYC facilities.
• Ensure vendor work complies with NYC/NYC DOB/FDNY and EPP standards and applicable laws.
• Direct competitive procurement with at least 3 written estimates for purchases >$15,000 and market research for $5,000–$15,000.
• Coordinate with other city-engaged contractors to prevent interference and maintain operations.
