AMS Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee warranty repairs and service needs for a single large client in the Mission Critical/industrial sector.

Reporting to the Director of Mission Critical Service, the successful candidate will manage projects related to large central utility plants and data processing facilities. You will coordinate scheduling, subcontracting, purchases, and closeouts, ensure safety and client compliance, and provide proposals for repairs, maintenance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP.
• Experience with large scale central utility plant operations is a significant plus.
• Experience with large scale data processing facilities is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects for a single large client, including scheduling, new job requests, subcontract process, purchase orders, and close out.
• Oversee warranty repairs and post-construction maintenance for the client.
• Lead routine client meetings, ensure safety and access compliance, and provide proposals for repairs, maintenance, installation and enhancements.
• Provide required reports directly to the client.
• Promote safety, accountability, and operational discipline.
• Attend periodic PM and other client meetings.
