Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 14+ years with a High School Diploma.
• Experience managing 20–40 concurrent projects in occupied facilities.
• Strong customer communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects in commercial and government facilities.
• Manage high-volume, fast-paced project portfolio with focus on safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, procurement, and site access to maintain schedule.
• Monitor costs, provide financial forecasts, and manage risks & changes.
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers and mentor junior staff.
