Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to oversee professional project management on client sites, campuses, and facilities in Boston. You will coordinate with the account manager and facility team, monitor services under client contracts, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, and budget expectations.

You will interact with client representatives onsite, lead project planning, and supervise consultants and construction teams as needed to deliver tenant improvements and other

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project and phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management at various design and construction phases.
• Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, and discuss costs with client and property management.
• Report progress to supervisor and provide recommendations for actions.
