Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services in Houston, TX to oversee client projects and tenant improvements onsite. You will coordinate with the facilities management team and client representatives, manage budgets and timelines, and supervise consultants and construction teams as needed.

Requirements include a B.S. in Engineering or Architecture and a minimum of five years in engineering/construction project accountability plus five years in project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
• Coordinate project reports and reviews across all design and construction phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and ensure compliance with policies.
• Cooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve goals.
• Report major problems and results with recommendations to management.
• Advise on organizational changes and required expenditures within budget.
