Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property or facility management teams.

Responsibilities include developing budgets and schedules, coordinating reports across design phases, overseeing consultants and construction teams, reviewing requisitions and change orders, and ensuring adherence to policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years directly related project accountability experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a PM capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
• Coordinate project reports across design phases for clients and teams.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and costs with client and property team.
• Support marketing of services to clients.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Report major problems and provide recommendations to management.
