Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Manager to deliver professional project management on client site projects across campuses and facilities. You will coordinate with account teams, owners and facility managers to oversee tenant improvements, budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor oversight, reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management.
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions and change orders; discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and ensure compliance with policies.
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major problems and results with recommended actions.
• Advise on organizational changes and budget expenditures beyond approvals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
