Zusammenfassung

Mindful Therapy Group is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead planning, design, buildout, and launch of new therapy offices and major facilities projects. You will coordinate internal stakeholders with landlords, architects, and contractors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure branding and standards across locations.

Regular travel to active sites is required, with up to 30% travel. The role demands strong organizational skills, vendor management, and the ability to deliver projects

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, facilities management, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally for site walks, meetings, openings (up to 30% travel).
• Experience reviewing drawings, bids, change orders, schedules, invoices, and closeout docs.
