Job summary

ABM is seeking a Project Manager in Winchester, KY, to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure conformance to contract requirements at the assigned building. You will develop cost controls and service standards while supervising Supervisors and support staff to meet quality and safety benchmarks.

You will manage inspections, payroll processes, and reporting, ensuring paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.
• 2+ years in janitorial, custodial, or facilities management.
• Experience in cost estimating/pricing.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
• Must write reports and business correspondence and present information to managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
• Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
• Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
• Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
• Increase revenue by suggesting additional or periodic services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted timely.
• Analyze and manage financial and operational performance of assigned buildings.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission; correct discrepancies when applicable.
• Lead Supervisors and Lead personnel; direct work and evaluate performance.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and laws.
