Responsibilities

• Develop work plans with Project Manager to meet contract provisions and service timelines.
• Inform customer of additional services and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain regular contact with customer to ensure services meet contract requirements and promote retention.
• Escalate issues to Project Manager and identify actions.
• Increase billable services by adding value through periodic services.
