Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple buildings within the district, lead Supervisors, and ensure conformance to contract requirements. The role develops cost controls, oversees inspections, and maintains equipment inventories to meet service standards.

You will partner with the Project Manager to develop work plans, inform customers about additional services, respond to inquiries, and promote client retention.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Supervisor experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of janitorial equipment and OSHA processes.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft programs.
• Valid State Driver's License for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings.
• Lead Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements.
• Develop cost control measures and service level standards.
• Inspect, perform quality control, and manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Develop work plans with Project Manager to meet timeliness and cost targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and promote additional services.
• Maintain customer retention through regular contact and issue resolution.
