Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise scheduling of workload with account staff.
• Maintain daily and weekly labor management control.
• Report issues to District Manager and support on-site operations.
• Provide an environment for subordinates to grow and develop skills.
• Adhere to policies and assist with special projects as directed.
• Oversee staff working methods and procedures.
• Notify customer of building conditions and provide excellent customer service.
• Carry out payroll and staffing duties as scheduled.
