Job summary

JLL in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Facility Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of facility projects across sites. You will manage contractor relations, budgets, schedules, and compliance, driving capital project outcomes.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and clients, overseeing safety standards, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. On-site, 8-hour day shift, some travel likely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management (2-5 years).
• Experience managing project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of facility operating systems and infrastructure replacement projects.
• Ability to manage construction and capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using project management tools or BI reporting systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams including contractors, property management, operating engineers, client representatives, security, and technology teams.
• Manage multiple facility and infrastructure projects from planning to financial closeout.
• Define project scopes, review vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, schedules, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, local regulations, and client expectations.
• Provide regular project updates using JLL systems and collaborate with regional teams.
• Support work order management and regional initiatives.
