Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and strategic planning for facilities in Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN. The role requires travel between sites and strong leadership to ensure consistent service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in facilities management with supervisory experience, deep knowledge of building systems, BAS and CMMS, and proven budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience with 3+ years in supervisory or management role
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety systems
• Working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and CMMS
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities with ability to manage remote teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple locations
• Strong financial acumen including budget development and expense management
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Operations Management: provide strategic oversight for facilities in Largo, FL and Cleveland, TN
• Team Leadership and Development: mentor Facilities Coordinators, Technicians and Maintenance personnel
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: oversee programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety
• Vendor and Contractor Management: source, negotiate, and manage relationships across both locations
• Budget and Financial Management: develop and manage annual operating budgets and report to leadership
• Safety and Compliance: ensure OSHA compliance and conduct safety audits and drills
• Client and Stakeholder Relations: serve as primary facilities contact and report performance metrics
