Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Florida to lead complex construction and real estate projects from initiation to completion. You will develop scope and schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal teams on-site in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will provide proactive client service, manage project issues, conduct meetings, and maintain meticulous documentation, while collaborating with a global team to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for relocations and construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms (MS Project, Procore).
• Valid driver license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level clients.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex projects and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Conduct and document weekly meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and maintain accurate electronic files and documentation.
• Oversee general contractor activities and coordinate relocations with minimal client disruption.
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors for favorable terms and quality deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and track finances.
• Manage accounts receivable per corporate finance guidelines.
