This rolemanages facilities/plant operations teams which includes, but is not limited to, regulatory compliance, qualityassurance activities, financial performance and reporting, and personnel management/development. Youmust comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.What is your day to day?Supervise and direct the plant operations team; Ensuring that the Maintenance, Financial, CMMS,Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed as efficiently as possible. Makedecisions with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies andbusiness practices.Maintain a working knowledge and ensures compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA)Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend while ensuringadherence to established budgets.Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA below standard performance (MSADriven) for Plant Operations/Engineering Services.Provide oversight/support in the delivery of maintenance, projects and vendor activities supportingcritical operations and/or functions.Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures related to proper facility maintenancetechniques.
