Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Planning Purchaser to oversee procurement for engineering, MRO, and asset data. You will collaborate across departments to implement standard workflows and maintain parts inventories.

Responsibilities include PO generation, RFQ management, workflow development, spare parts auditing, and KPI reporting while ensuring safety and company policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in vendor relations and purchasing/planner role.
• 3–5 years in industrial or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage purchase orders for engineering, maintenance, MRO, and supplies.
• Collaborate with suppliers for RFQs, proposals, invoicing, and OEM docs.
• Develop and maintain procurement spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Manage warranties, invoicing, quoting, AP, and procurement actions.
• Support maintenance scheduling and asset availability activities.
• Perform regular spare parts inventory management and cycle counts.
