Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking an MRO Buyer to support maintenance, capex, and plant operations at our Wisconsin facility. You will ensure parts and supplies stay stocked, build strong internal and external relationships, and drive cost savings through favorable pricing and supplier management.

Responsibilities include quotes, PO processing, invoice reconciliation, and timely delivery tracking. Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance-related purchasing, SAP and Proteus experience, and

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a support role with a maintenance organization within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP ERP and Proteus CMMS.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read documents such as material masters, bills of material, invoices, purchasing agreements.

Responsibilities

Model and demonstrate Jack Link’s values.
Utilize ERP (SAP) and CMMS (Proteus) effectively.
Process quotes, issue purchase orders, obtain acknowledgements, and process invoices.
Develop and maintain an order-tracking system and communicate delivery status.
Lead vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
