Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Development and Initiatives Manager in Bolingbrook, IL to support strategic retail operations initiatives. You will design, scope, and lead cross-functional projects from inception through closure, balancing scope, timelines and budget while engaging executives and store leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification and 3+ years of equivalent experience, with proficiency in MS Project and Smartsheet.

• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification; 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to motivate diverse teams.

Mansioni

• Collaborate across functions to design and scope initiatives prior to project kick-off.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain charters, roadmaps, plans, budgets and governance.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure and monitor progress.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues to minimize disruption to objectives and guest experience.
