Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL, seeks a Manager, Corporate FP&A – Corporate Functions & SG&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for HR and other corporate cost centers. You will translate data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions across Finance, HR, Procurement and Operations.

You will collaborate with HR and functional teams to understand payroll, benefits, headcount and other cost drivers, develop leadership materials, and build repeatable FP&A

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, business partnership, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
• Prior FP&A experience with business partnership, budgeting, forecasting and decision support.
• Experience providing financial partnership to HR or other corporate functions, including headcount planning, payroll, compensation or benefits analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as FP&A partner for assigned corporate functions, leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision support.
• Provide financial partnership to Human Resources, understanding payroll, benefits, headcount, and related costs.
• Evaluate financial decisions, assess risks and opportunities, and align resources with priorities.
• Lead FP&A for operating expenses and cost categories, identifying drivers of spend.
• Develop enterprise SG&A insights and analysis to inform cost optimization.
• Create leadership materials and executive-ready presentations communicating SG&A trends and actions.
