Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience in corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, or CRE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Facilities Manager to support strategic facilities operations across sites.
• Oversee daily work order management and ensure timely follow-up with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to minimize disruption to client operations.
• Conduct routine site inspections to maintain high standards in building services and preventive maintenance.
• Support bidding, contracting, and execution of maintenance projects with sourcing and operations teams.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, landlords, tenants, and partners.
• Assist with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, safe, and high-performing workplace culture at JLL.
