Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or facilities management experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and building service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of integrated facilities management services across properties.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for building maintenance.
• Assist with work orders, preventive maintenance, and small projects.
• Partner with the Facility Manager on client initiatives and workplace services.
• Monitor vendor performance and financial reporting for budgets.
• Maintain safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• Support workplace services such as events, moves, and reception coordination.
