Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee property and personnel operations across a dispersed regional portfolio in Costa Mesa, CA. You will collaborate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver property operation and maintenance services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in facilities or corporate support, strong knowledge of building systems, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of facilities, corporate, or consulting experience.
• Solid knowledge of building systems (mechanical/electrical).
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and CMMS.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to comply with local codes, policies, safety training, and hazard control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operation of properties and personnel in line with client directives.
• Collaborate with Client Facility Manager to deliver property operations and maintenance.
• Manage customer relations, facility upkeep, procurement, and vendor management.
• Lead operations of electrical, mechanical, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure client satisfaction and support client programs.
• Enforce contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and safety compliance with vendors.
• Coordinate work orders and inspections; drive cost efficiency and productivity.
