Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for decisions and process improvements.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and suppliers with attention to detail and big-picture implications.
• Experience in project management and procurement processes is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; willingness to travel and work onsite 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities management providers and ensure execution of contracts and services including maintenance, parking, cleaning, catering, logistics, reception, utilities, and waste management.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes according to global standards and guides.
• Support optimal functioning of building systems including HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, and elevators.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, IT, Security, and Safety teams on local projects and programs.
• Identify process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency opportunities within US offices.
• Monitor local service KPIs and SLAs.
• Help ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental and facilities standards.
• Support development and monitoring of the local expense budget, including analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate technical scope in local contracts and proposals and flag deviations from global standards.
• Support local crisis management, contingency, and emergency plans.
• Gather feedback and data to improve space usability, comfort, and employee satisfaction, reporting insights to the Global team.
