Job summary

Shirley Parsons seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee multiple manufacturing facilities in the Orange County area, ensuring operations stay safe, efficient, and compliant while supporting overall manufacturing performance.

You will lead facility maintenance, manage staff, contractors, budgets, and maintenance procurement; oversee capital projects focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency; and partner with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing facilities leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS/Asset management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
