Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in our Texas portfolio to support facility management teams and ensure top-quality service. You will assist with daily operations, coordinate with contractors, maintain records, and support vendor performance.

The role emphasizes client communication, work order management, and reporting, with potential for field activity and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs.
• Create and manage work orders, track status, and review vendor invoices.
• Train vendors on work order and billing procedures and monitor performance.
