Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Facilities to lead site operations across multiple locations, including Durham, NC, Nashville, TN, and others. The role focuses on vendor management, client relations, and cost-control initiatives to drive service excellence at the client’s sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years supervisory experience in facilities management, strong IT proficiency, and excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise a professional team delivering events and site operations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring service levels meet contract requirements.
