Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in facilities management, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Proven vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned facilities and manage all building systems.
• Use CMMS to schedule work orders and maintain preventative maintenance.
• Analyze repair data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, variances, and capital spending.
• Manage relationships with national and regional vendors and contracts.
• Plan and execute capital projects and renovations on time and budget.
• Develop team through career plans and compensation discussions.
