Job summary

Vinson & Elkins is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities services for the Washington, DC office. You will supervise and prioritize tasks, coordinate office moves, supervise contractors, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs across firm properties.

You will mentor staff, manage work orders, and collaborate with the Associate Director of Facilities to sustain operational continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years facilities experience or facilities related role.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, safety practices.
• Ability to lead facilities-related projects and supervise vendors.

Responsibilities

• Interact with firm personnel, vendors, and guests to coordinate facilities services.
• Plan and supervise office moves and restacks; delegate workloads to Facilities Assistants.
• Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and vendor performance; manage work orders.
